L’Oreal USA has acquired Peel’s Salon Services and plans to combine the Omaha-based distributor with SalonCentric, the French beauty giant’s portfolio of professional products operations. It is L’Oréal’s fourth such acquisition in the past 12 months, an initiative that has included the purchases of distributors CB Sullivan, Maly’s Midwest and Marshall Salon Services.
